Born in 1944. Mr. Özyeğin graduated from Robert Academy in 1963. Also, Mr. Özyeğin holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. He was the General Manager of Pamukbank during 1977-1984 and General Manager and CEO of Yapı ve Kredi Bank during 1984-1987. Mr. Özyeğin founded Finansbank in 1987 and served as the Founder and Chairman of Finansbank A.Ş. between 1987 – 2010. Mr. Özyeğin still continues to serve as the Chairman of Fibabanka A.Ş. Hüsnü M. Özyeğin is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Özyeğin University.

Ali Nazım Berger was born in Çanakkale in 1939 and completed his primary education in İzmir. He graduated from Talas American Middle School and Robert College, and earned his bachelor’s degree from the School of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Lausanne.

Berger joined the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1967. He served at the Turkish Embassies in Paris, Algiers, and Sofia, holding the positions of Second Secretary, First Secretary, and Counsellor. From 1982 to 1986, he served as Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Strasbourg. In 1991, he was appointed Ambassador to Sana, Yemen. He later served as Ambassador to Caracas, Venezuela (1994–1996), and to Vilnius, Lithuania (2000–2004). He retired from diplomatic service in 2004. Since 2005, he has been serving as Vice President of the Hüsnü M. Özyeğin Foundation. 

Born in İzmir in 1943, she completed her primary education in İzmir and her secondary education at the American Girls’ College, concluding her final year at TED Ankara College. She subsequently pursued studies in Political and Social Sciences at the University of Lausanne for a brief period.
Throughout her husband’s diplomatic career, she accompanied him on assignments in numerous countries, serving in representative roles abroad.  She is the mother of two children and the grandmother of two grandchildren.

1998 yılında Bear Stearns & Co. Yatırım Bankası’nın New York ofisinde Şirket Birleşme ve Satın Alma Grubu’nda Finansal Analist olarak iş hayatına başladı. 2000 yılında şirketin Londra ofisine Kıdemli Analist ünvanıyla transfer oldu.

2003 yılında Türkiye’ye dönerek aile şirketlerinin yönetiminde aktif rol üstlendi. Finansbank ve Fiba Holding’te Stratejik Planlama ve İş Geliştirme bölümlerini kurdu.

2019 yılında Fiba Grubu Yönetim ve İcra Kurulu Başkanlığı’nı üstlenmeden önce yönetim kurulunda üye olarak görev aldı. Grubun finans alanında en büyük iştiraki olan Credit Europe Bank’ın Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcılığı’nı, finans dışı tüm iştirak şirketlerinin Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığı’nı yaptı.

Murat Özyeğin, Fiba Grubu şirketlerindeki sorumluluklarının yanı sıra Türkiye-ABD İş Konseyi Başkanlığı (TAİK), Yönetim Kurulunda Kadın Derneği Danışma Kurulu Başkanlığı, Endeavor Derneği Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği ve Özyeğin Üniversitesi Mütevelli Heyeti Üyeliği görevlerini sürdürmektedir. Daha önce Türk Sanayicileri ve İşadamları Derneği (TÜSİAD) Başkan Yardımcılığı, Harvard Üniversitesi Global Danışma Konseyi Üyeliği, Harvard Business School Dekan Danışma Kurulu Üyeliği ve Global İlişkiler Forumu Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği görevlerinde bulunmuştur.

2016 yılından itibaren Singapur Fahri Konsolosu olarak görev yapmaktadır.

Carnegie Mellon Üniversitesi’nde Endüstri Yönetimi ve Ekonomi çift ana dal lisans ve Harvard Business School MBA yüksek lisans derecesi mezunudur.

Murat Özyeğin, 49 yaşında, üç kız ve bir erkek çocuk babasıdır.

Ayşecan Özyeğin Oktay graduated in Economics from Duke University and joined Finansbank Retail Banking Department in 2003. In 2006 she joined Fiba Group, and was active in new projects in the Strategic Planning and Business Development division (2006-2007). After receiving her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2009, she returned to Fiba Group to serve on the Board of Directors of Fiba Holding and various subsidiaries for 10 years before assuming the position of Vice Chair of Fiba Group in 2019. In 2021, she became the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Nexent Bank and serves as the Chair of Fiba Group ESG Committee.

Ayşecan Özyeğin Oktay is active in the fields of philanthropy and social entrepreneurship and leads the groups social investments. She serves as Chair of Board of Directors of Mother Child Education Foundation, Trustee of Hüsnü Özyeğin Foundation and is a member of TUSIAD Round Table on Entrepreneurship and Youth, Ashoka Support Network, Esas Sosyal Advisory Board, UN SDSN Turkey Advisory Board and Endeavour Mentor Network. She also served on Management Board of Stanford Graduate School of Business between 2014-2018.
