Following needs analyses undertaken in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education, the foundation identified regions where the construction of new primary schools would improve educational access. Consequently, between 2000 and 2024, the foundation constructed 20 primary and secondary schools in these regions, subsequently transferring them to the Ministry of National Education for operation.

The Hüsnü Özyeğin Foundation has made investments in the field of health, especially rehabilitation centers, to increase access to health services for at-risk segments of society who cannot benefit from health services.

The protection of cultural heritage is a part of socio-economic development and sustainability strategies as it ensures the survival of the work, people learn about their own past, the continuity of history becomes visible and the identity of a society is understood.
